Digital Products & Refunds
- All products sold by WowCodes are digital products.
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
- Once a product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or licensed, refunds and returns will not be provided unless required by applicable law.
Software Licensing
- All software, source code, plugins, scripts, applications, and designs remain protected by copyright laws.
- Customers may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share our products unless expressly permitted by the purchased license.
- Customers may not claim ownership of WowCodes intellectual property.
Customization & Development
- Project timelines are estimates and may change based on project scope, client responsiveness, technical complexity, or third-party dependencies.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, credentials, approvals, and timely feedback.
Order Cancellation
- Cancellation of customization, re-skin, or development orders is subject to our sole discretion.
- Approved cancellations may require up to seven (7) business days to process.
- Clients remain responsible for payment covering work completed prior to cancellation.
Ownership & Delivery
- Ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received.
- We reserve the right to withhold source code, project files, designs, credentials, and deliverables until all outstanding invoices are settled.
Support Services
- Support generally includes installation assistance, bug fixes, and product-related guidance.
- Support does not include custom development, server administration, or third-party software issues unless agreed separately.
- Response times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on workload and issue complexity.
Compliance & Legal Responsibility
- Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our products complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
- This includes auction, raffle, lottery, gaming, financial, cryptocurrency, tax, and licensing regulations.
- WowCodes does not provide legal, tax, financial, gambling, or regulatory advice.
Third-Party Services
- Our products may integrate with third-party providers such as payment gateways, hosting companies, APIs, and cloud services.
- We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, suspensions, pricing changes, or failures caused by third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
